Not a single totodile tho smh this was def most upsetting on niantics part and the worst collector challenge so farF2p here, wasted 3 lures just because I thought well there surely will be at least one single totodile somewhere in there. Also went hunting for research tasks but only got cyndaquil and chikorita… At least I can use the dust..I was extremely lucky with lures and research tasks (got Turtwig on the last research task for the event), despite having like 4-5 stops in town. I don’t want another challenge like this, though (I was standing/sitting in 36+ Celsius for hours for the Sinnoh starters. wasn’t fun).

thousands caught during the event. approx 50 field research tasks completed (priotizing event tasks with Marvel Loki Split Choices Long Sleeve T-Shirt rewards) and I never saw a single turtwig.People keep sayibg that the SuMo art style is absolute dogshit and made the animation more low quality. Idk about their eyes, but SuMo has undoubtedly one of the smoothest animations in the series. Just look at the battles and the character expressions- jesus, were they abusing their budget?Basically, SuMo’s change to a simpler art style benefit the animation since the simpler = the easier to animate. It’s,, understandable to make a higher quality-looking show. Meanwhile, shows like Teen Titans Go or the new Ben 10 became simpler for the sake of being cheaper and “modern” (they even use stock images??). Nothing is benefit from them. They’re the crappy ones here so it feels sad that people think that SuMo is on the same level as them.was pretty sad about it when event was ending. I haven’t missed a single collection challenge yet until that one
